What we collect

When you submit an inquiry form on this site, we collect:

Your intended travel date and guest count
Depending on the form: your hotel or pickup area, flight details, or a free-text message about the tour, transfer or car charter you're asking about

We do not currently ask for or process payment card details through any form on this site. If online payment becomes available for a specific tour in future, that payment is handled directly by Stripe, a third-party payment processor -- we do not receive or store your card details ourselves.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry: to confirm price, availability, pickup arrangements and any other details needed to plan or book your tour, transfer or car charter. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and complete any resulting booking, or as required by applicable law.
